If you are a new retail customer thinking of ordering some Old Bags then let me tell you why this is a great idea....
The Old Bags are made from quality canvas, waterproof inside, machine washable, loads of pockets, inside and out, “designed by a woman for a woman” so they work. The ranges are named after my 5 children with a label inside every bag with a message from the children, giving the product real personality. They come in a delicious range of colours with a size to suit every need. The price points make them impulse buys and our policy is one outlet per town so they are still very exclusive products. We provide excellent point of sale material and send one Charlotte bag “dressed” with a pair of flip flops, bottle of wine (empty!) and magazine in the outside pockets to show the practicalities of the bag.
Finally, we are a small friend Company in Devon where I, Sally, design all the bags myself. We strive hard to offer a great product (listening to customer/consumer feedback) and a great service which we are now getting a reputation for. We do not sell our products to everyone who comes along as we want to keep the Old Bags exclusive. Although it is great to see them around we do not want to flood the market. You are as important to us if you order 10 bags or 100 bags and although we are a company that is growing daily we work hard to offer a very personal and friendly service.
